Shipping costs are separate from total merchandise cost.

Please keep in mind that all product/merchandise have been thoroughly reviewed and inspected before shipping out.

Only in dyer cases (left up to the discretion of the company) will an order be considered for a refund.

If for any reason a refund should be granted, a separate shipping cost will be required from customer for complete processing.

Return & Exchange Policy

BOOKINGS:

There is a NON-REFUNDABLE $15 fee for all 30 minute sessions and $35 fee for all 1 hour sessions. You are allowed to reschedule ONE time and transfer the same deposit to the next date of personal availability. Adter cancelling twice, a new deposit will be required for complete booking.

PRE-ORDERS:

ALL PRE-ORDER SALES ARE FINAL as this is a pre-order uniquely crafted for you.
